We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to assist the George Street Store, Online and Warehouse Order fulfillment team during our seasonal periods.
This role is for a Casual with an anticipated start date of December. This will be fixed term until March .
As a Customer Service/Warehouse Assistant you will be assisting the team in the daily operations of click and collect, registers, customer service, warehouse ticketing and online fulfillment of orders.
Responsibilities include:
Order fulfillment (Ticketing, pick, pack and dispatch) - ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, meeting our service level agreements with our customers.
Communication with customers (Customer Service - email and phone)
Click and Collect Order fulfilment
Register Operations
Skills and Experiences:
Team player
The ability to work both individually and with a team is essential
Passionate about meeting customer needs and provide the best levels of service to every customer
High level written and verbal communication skills
Able to work quickly and accurately with high attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 15kgs
Retail experience not essential, but would be an advantage
You will be required to have complete availability, 7 days a week during November and December.
