As part of Adelaide University's College of Business and Law, the School of Management is positioned as a research‐led, industry‐connected school focused on leadership, organisational performance and future workforce capability. Its research addresses high‐impact themes including organisational productivity, workplace excellence, strategic management, sustainability, human resource management, procurement and supply chain management, tourism, events and hospitality management, digital business, sport management, and entrepreneurship.
With vision and ambition, the Dean will lead a School of over 100 staff and 3,500 students to unify under a shared mission and strategy while developing new opportunities for interaction between the University, the world of business and the broader community. With a passion for innovation, differentiation and excellence, the Dean will engage academic colleagues, business partners and students in realising those opportunities.

With delegated powers for resource management and academic performance, candidates will demonstrate the intellectual, strategic and operational leadership qualities to engage colleagues, students and stakeholders in shaping a long‐term strategy that will position the School as a hub of thought leadership and academic excellence.
