Personal Care Worker - Sydney Upper North Shore

We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality service. This role will report to the Care Manager Right at Home Sydney Upper North Shore.
This position is on a casual basis with work mainly in the North of Sydney.
Here is a bit more about your role as a personal care worker:
* You will be a valued team member helping to provide services to support clients' individual needs in both their home and community
* All of our clients are based in Sydney Upper North Shore Area
* Paid hours (casual) + Kilometres + Super - Attractive hourly rates!
* Paid time in between back-to-back clients!
* Shifts available at all times giving you the opportunity create your own hours
* You MUST have a current driver's license and preferably own car to use on shifts
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES as a personal care worker may include:
* Personal Care
* Domestic Assistance
* Meal Preparation
* Medication Assistance
* Respite
* Transport to appointments and shopping, or any other social activity
* Develop a plan along with the client to improve their lives and follow it on a daily basis

Salary: $38.53 – $43.24 per hour
Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability Services or individual support
* Satisfactory Australian National Police check/Willing to obtain NDIS worker screening check
* Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate;
* Valid Australian Drivers License and car.
