Where your story begins: We are seeking an experienced and safety orientated Maintenance Fitter at our Ballarat site in regional Victoria.The Maintenance Fitter will ensure the plant and machinery in designated areas is properly maintained and operating efficiently, whilst considering costs and the production schedule.
The position requires a good understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance.You will be based at our Trewin Street plant for the majority of the time, with 1-2 days per week fixed at the Gregory Street plant.
The two sites are in Ballarat and about 10 minutes apart.
A company vehicle will be provided to travel between sites when required.
This will be 12-hour shifts, only on day shift between Mondays and Fridays.
You will work 3 or 4 shifts per week (7 per fortnight).
