 
        
        Your Role 
Here’s what you will be doing: 
- Diagnose, repair, service, test, pack, and ship returned products. 
- Travel to customer sites for product-related services, installations, training, and complaint investigations. 
- Provide expert technical support to internal teams and back-up the technical support hotline as needed. 
- Contribute to service process improvements, product innovation projects, and marketing/sales initiatives. 
- Support Quality, R&D;, and Forensics teams with investigations, documentation, and product performance monitoring. 
- Receive, unpack, and decontaminate returned products. 
- Perform root cause analysis, repairs, preventive maintenance, and in-field validation. 
- Test, pack, and ship serviced products according to customer requirements. 
- Assist in verification, validation, and serviceability testing as required. 
- Generate and maintain accurate service documentation compliant with ISO13485 and FDA QSR. 
- Provide technical expertise to product development and marketing teams during field evaluations. 
- Ensure compliance with all Quality Management System, OHS, and environmental procedures. 
About You 
The company is looking for: 
- Experience with mechatronic, electromechanical, or electronic device servicing, investigation, repair, and testing. 
- Strong customer service skills and ability to respond professionally to technical inquiries. 
- High attention to detail with dexterous workmanship. 
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office essential). 
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team. 
- Australian driver’s licence and ability to travel interstate and occasionally overseas. 
- Flexibility to work in a progressive and changing environment. 
- Tertiary qualification in Electronics, Biomedical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related discipline).
