Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and priorities for two agents
Actively track deals, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep sales moving
Streamline workflows, processes, and internal systems
Prepare reports, presentations, and sales support materialslisCoordinate client communications, meetings, and logistics
Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions
Support business planning, goal tracking, and performance metrics

Understands sales cycles and pipeline management
Helps create structure so agents can stay focused on selling

Ideal Background
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or Sales Support Lead

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Tech-savvy with CRM systems, project management tools, and reporting

Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
