Senior Technical Leads- NV1/Baseline (Onsite)-Canberra/Melbourne/Brisbane
We are seeking a Technical Lead to provide strong engineering leadership and drive technical quality across a complex delivery program.
Engagement details:
12-month contract commencing 1 July 2026.
Work arrangement:
This role is expected to be full-time onsite in Canberra, Melbourne or Brisbane. Candidates should be comfortable with a predominantly onsite engagement.
What we are looking for:
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2 to 3 years in a technical leadership capacity
• Strong experience leading design decisions, engineering standards and technical delivery
• Ability to guide teams on architecture alignment, code quality, technical debt and non-functional requirements
• Experience mentoring developers and supporting delivery in Agile environments
• Strong problem-solving capability and confidence working across architecture, product and delivery stakeholders
Mandatory requirements:
• Australian Citizen
• NV1 security clearance preferred; candidates holding an active Baseline clearance will also be considered
Highly regarded:
• Experience in enterprise platforms, integration-heavy systems or large transformation programs
• Exposure to PI Planning, architecture runway and cross-team technical governance
