Roles We're Recruiting
We are building our temp pool across all hospitality departments:
Kitchen (All Levels)
Commis Chefs, Chef de Partie, Senior Chefs, Head Chefs, Cooks, Catering Assistants, Kitchen Hands & Stewards
Front of House
Food & Beverage Attendants, Café All Rounders, Baristas, Bar Attendants, Duty Managers & Supervisors
Housekeeping
Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants & Laundry Attendants
We're seeking reliable hospitality professionals who are confident, adaptable and take pride in delivering high standards.
Tickets & Compliance
* QLD RSA required for all Front of House staff
* Food Handler's Certificate required for kitchen roles and applicable FOH positions (e.g. Baristas & some Food & Beverage staff)
* RSG & RMLV advantageous
* Blue Card, Yellow Card & Police Clearance advantageous (not essential)
* Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle required for those wishing to accept regional shifts outside of Mackay
