The Family Preservation Support Worker is a key role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and connecting families with community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide non-judgmental and therapeutic support to families and clients.
* Assess risk factors when visiting families and maintain regular contact.
* Transport and support clients and families as required.
* Respond to crises in a professional manner.
* Ensure effective communication with case workers and management.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with young people.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Familiarity with needs-based frameworks and strategies.
* Excellent written and communication skills.
