This exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Optometrist to partner across two stores in Shepparton, Victoria. The region offers a relaxed pace of life and a strong sense of community.

The stores are located in the heart of Shepparton Marketplace, with over 41 specialty stores and major anchors such as Big W and Woolworths. Both stores boast state-of-the-art equipment and house 1000+ frames on display.

As a joint venture partner, you will have access to administrative support, including payroll, accounts payable, and quarterly BAS. You will also receive a market-rate salary and superannuation, as well as your share of store profits.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care and customer service. They will lead and motivate a team, experiencing a variety of pathology and making a positive impact in their local community.
