What We're Looking For:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
* A genuine commitment to aged care and resident wellbeing
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
2. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes
4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
