Regional Maintenance Manager NSW

About the Role:
* Lead the regional maintenance team through effective leadership and management at the NSW Maintenance Facility.
* Deliver a safe, reliable, cost-effective execution of maintenance of rollingstock and on-call support for ORA operations in the Hunter Valley supply chain.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, management or business, or trade qualified with extensive senior leadership experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a multi-functional team in providing excellent & reliable customer service.
* Developing systems and processes to support employees to carry out duties as per their position descriptions.
* Ensuring all business activities and employees within the regional maintenance team comply with legislative/statutory obligations, company policies, standards and procedures.
* Managing costs and tracking components correctly for work undertaken at the maintenance facility.
