We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Revenue Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you\'ll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our revenue cycle by raising and collecting patient fees.
Responsibilities
* Accurately generating and collecting patient accounts.
* Managing aged trial balances and rejections from Medicare and Private Health funds.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Implementing effective strategies to support revenue growth and maximise debtor recovery for RMH.
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and staff.
