**About the role**
This is a varied and interesting role looking after an Australasian portfolio of industrial & commercial properties. To be successful in this role you will autonomous work with the ability to foster strong working relationships.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as landlords, leasing & managing agents, consultants and contractors
- Maintain a knowledge of market conditions and carrying out research on market rents to support recommendations
- Monitor and manage all critical lease dates, including annual rent reviews, market reviews, lease expiries and exercise of option periods to ensure compliance with all lease conditions
- Liaise with internal & external legal teams on the preparation & execution of lease and license documents, as well as other legal matters
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial reports as needed
- Accounts functions including processing and payment and/or billing of monthly charges
- Organise of maintenance & minor project works through various contractors as required
- Required to travel to various sites on occasion
**Experience Required**
- 3+ years' experience managing commercial, industrial or transport related properties
- A cooperative and proactive nature with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to deliver outcomes on time
- The ability to identify and resolve issues
- Experience on Property Management systems e.g., Oracle SAP
- Experience with property budgets & cashflow
- Good numerical literacy and knowledge of accounts systems
- The ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- The ability to accommodate changing work environments and workloads
- A keen interest in the property industry
