Role Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing sales team as a Sales Coordinator, driving operational excellence across national and international markets. Key responsibilities include sales coordination, customer engagement and support, and team and project support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process quotes, orders, and invoices using Unleashed and Xero
* Maintain sales tools, tracking documents, and CRM records
* Run weekly sales reports and record meeting minutes
* Support program rollouts, invoicing, and client onboarding
* Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate delivery timelines
* Generate usage reports and maintain fleet dashboards
* Support clients post sale with service orders and troubleshooting
* Coordinate meetings, travel, and events for the sales team
* Collaborate with marketing, accounts, and production to streamline operations
* Assist with special projects, prospect lists, and sales documentation
Requirements:
* Experience in sales support, administration, or coordination
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Advanced Excel skills
* Confidence using platforms like Xero and Unleashed or similar
* Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is highly desirable
* A proactive mindset and problem solving attitude
