This well-established, Allied Health provider is excited to welcome a Rehabilitation Consultant to join their Return-to-Work team. With a focus on quality service provision, you will assist valued clients in achieving positive return to work outcomes. In their Wollongong office, you will find a warm, social and supportive team of multi-disciplinary Allied Health professionals.

Your role will see you:
* Take a holistic approach & apply your skills to assist your client's recovery from injury.
* Conduct a range of discipline-specific assessments including Functional Assessments, Vocational Assessments, Assessments of Daily Living and more.
* Workplace assessments & return to work plans.
* Case management & reports- liaising with a range of stakeholders.
* Restoring the functional performance and psychological wellbeing of clients to the highest possible level.
You will come to the role with the following skills:
* Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology (with Provisional or Full Registration) or Rehabilitation Counselling
* AHPRA Registration, ESSA Membership or ASORC Membership
* High level reporting skills
* A positive, professional, and friendly manner
* Driver's license and car
