Tell me about this role:
We are currently looking for a security cleared Process Documentation Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the development, sustainment and continuous improvement of processes supporting project teams in the Maritime domain.

What will I be doing day to day?
* Develop standardised processes, procedures and work instructions in a consistent and repeatable format within the Business Management System
* Work closely with stakeholders to define business and system problems, their causes, as well as options for their resolution
* Develop a suite of supporting processes to enable optimisation across the sustainment enterprise
* Ensure all developed processes comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 55001 standards
* Liaise often and closely with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations
What sort of skills do I need?
* Formal qualification in Business Process Management, Quality Process Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline
* Demonstrated experience in process modelling, documentation and governance
* Prior and demonstrated experience with Holocentic (Business Management System) tool (highly desirable)
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55001, ideally with experience aligning process documentation to these standards
* Strong written and verbal communication, client engagement ability
* Process orientated with good attention to detail
* Australian citizen, security clearance, ITAR compliant
