About the Role
This permanent position is based in Kwinana and offers flexible working options. The ideal candidate will have a high level of personal initiative, confidentiality and professionalism, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and leaders across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
The People Services Officer will be responsible for providing customer-focused advisory services to employees and leaders, including recruitment and onboarding, interpreting awards and organisational policies, administering contracts, personnel changes, training, offboarding, visa's and maintaining personnel records.
Requirements
* Tertiary degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field (or equivalent qualifications and professional experience)
* Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards and other relevant legislation
* Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with employees and leaders across our operations
