About The Role
Due to continued growth, Mader Group's Rail Services division are currently seeking Track Maintenance Workers to join our shutdown crews across Australia commencing ASAP. Travel required - both FIFO + DIDO, flights & accommodation included where needed from major cities.
For This Role You Will Be Involved In
- Replacing and repairing worn or broken rails, track clips & sleepers
- Action re-railing, re-sleepering, removing bog holes, welding & rail adjusting
- Work outdoors in all weathers
Commencement from November 2025 onwards

What do I need to join?
- Previous Track maintenance experience
- Hold a RIW card
- Driver's Licence
- Construction White Card
- National Police Check within 3-6 months or willing to get
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Robust commitment towards safety and quality
