As a Recovery Support Specialist, you will provide personalized support and guidance to clients in the program. This role involves collaborating with case managers to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and providing regular updates to team members. You will also be responsible for arranging transportation to clients participating in program activities and ensuring a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate will have personal experience of mental health challenges and/or homelessness, an understanding of recovery from a lived perspective, and experience supporting individuals struggling with mental health and/or homelessness.
