Open to Junior OR Senior PM Close team, great environment Monday - Friday, Newcastle Based THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting directly to an experienced and highly regarded Head of Growth, you'll step into a role that blends sales, strategy, relationship building, and hands-on learning.
From day one, you'll be exposed to processes, training, and mentorship that most juniors never get access to.
What You'll Be Doing
• Partner directly with the Head of Growth on all new business activity
• Prospect and convert new rental management opportunities
• Assist with overflow tasks — applications, new property compliance, onboarding
• Build relationships with potential landlords, referral partners, and local networks
• Manage your pipeline like a pro, ensuring every lead is followed through
