The Projects Division within SABE Services Group has an exciting new opportunity to join the team as a HVAC&R Estimator.

Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in estimating for HVAC Industry
* Reviewing tender documents and collection of data for cost estimates
* Exposure to Government and Local Council tender opportunities
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to develop ongoing working relationships with our client base
* Current drivers licence
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with collection of data for cost estimates, quantities and pricing
* Attend site inspections and identify site specific conditions and their impact on project costs and program
* Assist in preparation of comprehensive cost estimates for various HVAC projects
* Assist in the preparation of accurate material, labour, and equipment cost estimates based on project plans and specifications
* Assist in the preparation of tender deliverables including project programs, methodologies and capability statements.
* Align estimates with project objectives and client expectations by collaborating with the project management team
* Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions and pricing fluctuations to ensure competitive and accurate bids
