The newly created role of Compliance and R&D Manager will lead our compliance and research and development functions, someone who can bridge innovation and regulation with equal passion.
We are looking for a highly experienced person that fits within our team and culture.
This role will have full responsibility to maintain our high-quality standards and continue our A1 rating within the TGA.

The Opportunity
The Compliance and R&D Manager is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of science, quality, and compliance.
You'll oversee the entire product lifecycle — from research and development through to regulatory approval, quality oversight, and compliance, ensuring that any new development not only meets customer expectations but also aligns with TGA, GMP, and Australian regulatory standards.
You'll be responsible for guiding product innovation with scientific rigour while safeguarding the integrity and trust that underpins the LPR brand.
With LPR's strong focus on team culture, and product quality; the role can be fast paced so we require you to be agile and a quick thinker to ensure you become an integral part of the team.
You and your team, work alongside each other in the office during the hours of 6.45am to 3.30pm Mon to Thu, 6.45am to *****am Fri.
To be successful in this role you must have experience with TGA, GMP and ISO compliance, and R&D, have a hands-on approach and a reliable work ethic.
Ideally you will have gained your experience in either the food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or medical devices industry.

The Duties
Your duties may include but not limited to:
Ensuring compliance with TGA, GMP, and relevant industry standards
Managing audits, documentation, and regulatory submissions
Oversee all R&D team activities such as product formulation, stability testing, packaging compatibility, and innovation pipeline
Work collaboratively with the Q/A and Q/C team
Manage and update SOPs, and training related to compliance and quality
Driving innovation and continuous improvement across all product lines
You will ideally meet the following criteria:
Have experience in TGA, GMP and ISO compliance, and R&D
Have experience in either food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or medical devices industries
Be willing to work in a fast-paced team environment
Must have own transport to/from work
Full rights to work in Australia
