**As the Customer Service Manager, some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing, training and developing a growing team across both event coordination and customer service
- Coordinating logístical and operational requirements and the management of suppliers, venues and speakers
- Delivering exceptional customer service pre, during and post event
- Being a point of escalation for customer complains and offering tailored solutions
- Motivating and driving your team to success

**What will you bring?**
- Experience across events or customer service is advantageous and any people management experience is a bonus
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and you build rapport well
- Eagerness to excel in their role and provide exceptional customer service
- The ability to problem solve and multitask while maintaining high levels of accuracy
