Position Overview
The Driver/Labourer position plays a vital role in the Civil Works and Presentation Division, responsible for executing planned construction and maintenance works on civil assets. This permanent full-time role involves operating heavy vehicles, as well as performing labouring tasks under the supervision of Construction and Maintenance Forepersons.
In this role, you will ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with safety standards and operational requirements, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a reliable and skilled individual who possesses a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.
* Essential: Class MR Licence, Construction Induction Card (White Card), Load Shifting Plant Operator competency
* Desirable: Experience operating a Grader and/or a Class HR Licence
* Essential: Previous experience as a truck driver (minimum Class MR)
* Desirable: Experience with crane track (hiab) operations and familiarity with the construction industry
