The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Trainee Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks. This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
* Schedule appointments and meetings
* Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area
* Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
Education & Skills:
* Completed High school Year 10 or equivalent
* Good phone manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Able to prioritise, self-manage and work with minimal supervision
* Sound level of Computer literacy including MS Office
* A confident team member with flexibility, adaptability, and a friendly positive attitude
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
