Pay Rate $28-$29
16-20hrs per week (with the potential to increase in the future if interested)

You are an energetic, team player who loves fun, variety, and doing physical work. You are committed to reaching your full potential in a supportive learning environment and ideally have an LR license or better. We offer versatile schedules for people seeking full-time or people seeking casual work to supplement school or other employment.
Here’s what you can expect as a Truck Team Member:
- Each shift starts at our office in Tweed Heads, where you’ll be matched with your truck team for the day and out in our clean, shiny trucks visiting local properties and businesses to take away their unwanted items.
- You’ll be following the safety training and wear all required gear (uniform, safety gloves & boots), and following the “No Contact Junk Removal Service” systems.
- You’ll remove, load, and sort items so we can dispose of, recycle or donate (we’re committed to reducing waste).
- You’ll ensure the job order is completed as required and offer opportunities for additional disposal services.
- You’ll work efficiently with the team to stay on schedule.
- Meet KPI's and be rewarded for outstanding results.
Previous experience in a similar capacity isn’t required; however, a background in customer service is a definite asset!
