We're looking for an experienced IRATA/SPRAT Level 2 or 3 Rope Access Technician who's ready to step into a site leadership role. If you're confident supervising a team, managing safety on site, and delivering high‑quality work for commercial and high‑rise clients — we want to talk.
This is a senior field role with genuine progression into Operations, Training, Project Management and/or Height Safety Services for the right person.

What you'll be doing
* Supervising rope access window cleaning and high access tasks (caulking, vertical gardens, remedial, facade cleans/inspections, height safety services)
* Leading small teams on commercial and high‑rise sites
* Ensuring safe rigging, rescue readiness, and compliance
* Training and mentoring Level 1 technicians
* Communicating with clients and reporting site progress
* Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
What we're looking for
* IRATA/SPRAT Level 2 or 3
* Strong rope access rigging and rescue capability
* Experience supervising or leading teams
* High‑rise or commercial window cleaning experience
* Current driver's licence, Police Check
* Someone reliable, professional, and ready to take ownership of their work
* Australian work rights required
