InterCare is a leading training and employment provider within the Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability and Community Services industry across all of Adelaide.
A leading and well established Home Care Provider requires Home and Community Care Workers to work on a casual basis with the view to permanency. The successful candidates must be flexible and available to work with people in their homes on a variety of tasks.
As a Home Care Support Worker, your role will include but is certainly not limited to the following:
- Provide care and support to clients
- Creating and maintain an environment that empowers people and keeps them in their homes
- Providing companionship & support during daily activities
To be considered for the role you must have or be willing to obtain the following:
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Clear and current National Police Check
- A full driver's license
- A vehicle with insurance
People with no experience are encouraged to apply for these vacancies, however a training program may be required to complete prior to being put forward for the positions.
All training programs include first aid, CPR, training in Manual Handling and work placement.
