Augustus Gelatery Franchise Group currently has 25 stores and with one more on the way! Our NEW Augustus Gelatery Traralgon team are looking for people who share our values and love for gelato. We are on the hunt for a Store Manager who is hard-working, reliable and punctual to our awesome team!

Classifed under the Fast Food Award. Flexible working hours, day/night shifts, weekend and weekday work available. Must have high availability over summer months.

The following roles and responsibilites are outlined:
**Store Manager (Full time position avaliable)**
- Oversee daily operations of the store to maintain smooth procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
- Managing the team and staff
- Weekly rostering
- Hiring and training new staff
- Communicate between head office and employe
- Ordering of stock and supplies through head office
- Performance appraisals
- Conduct staff meetings
- Includes duties outlined in Supervisor and Front of House
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
