Compliance and Recruitment Specialist
This is a key role that offers the opportunity to influence real change and improve outcomes for staff across the University.
The position is responsible for leading the delivery of internal audit actions and driving the implementation of fit-for-purpose controls across recruitment, onboarding, and employment.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance is embedded into our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Implementing internal audit recommendations related to recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment compliance
* Ensuring integrity and consistency of classification, delegation, approval, and contract generation processes
* Collaborating with Payroll and People Operations to ensure recruitment and onboarding controls support downstream pay accuracy
Requirements
* Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment and payroll processes
* Experience using PageUp, ServiceNow, and aPay (Ascender payroll)
* National Police Clearance
