* Oversee day-to-day operational responsibilities and spearhead strategic initiatives in the mental health space;
* Take charge of developing and enhancing Wheatbelt Alcohol and Other Drug Consultation Liaison Service;
* Promote expansion through innovative programs such as Rural Psychiatry Training Program.
