Are you passionate about the ever-evolving world of influencer marketing? Herd MSL is looking for a curious and talented to join our award-winning team. This is your chance to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns for some of Australia's most exciting brands across beauty, travel, FMCG, lifestyle, and more.
You'll be the go-to expert for influencer strategy, working closely with our social, content, and PR teams to deliver culturally relevant campaigns that make an impact. Day to day in this role, you'll:
* Drive influencer marketing across the agency, shaping Herd MSL's influencer offering in collaboration with leadership.
* Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish – from talent identification and negotiation to content management and post-campaign reporting.
* Develop influencer strategies that integrate seamlessly with social, content, and PR plans.
* Contribute to new business pitches with insights, influencer recommendations, and creative ideas.
* Oversee budgets and negotiate influencer rates to deliver value for clients.
* Collaborate with social, content, creative, and production teams to deliver world-class influencer solutions.
* Stay ahead of trends, proactively identifying opportunities for clients to leverage influencer marketing.
* Educate and up-skill the wider team on influencer best practices and emerging trends.
The person we're looking for has:
* 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing with a strong network of creators, talent agents, and suppliers.
* A sharp instinct for social trends and cultural moments, with the ability to translate them into impactful campaigns.
* Proven track record in delivering influencer campaigns and demonstrating success through data and insights.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail, creativity, and a positive, team-first attitude.
