Job Description
We are seeking an Injury Management Advisor to join our Health, Safety and Environment team. This role is a permanent full-time position based in Welshpool with occasional travel to regional sites. The successful candidate will support divisional business units with health and injury management needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of return to work and injury management for injured employees, including fitness for work, early intervention, and workers' compensation claims across WA and NT.
* Provide health expertise in the Pre-Employment Medical screening process and administer the company's health and wellbeing program, including health surveillance and psychosocial risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* An Allied Health (OT / Physio / Ex Phys / Nursing) or Paramedic Degree with an understanding of musculoskeletal injuries and related rehabilitation.
* A minimum 1-2 years experience in an employer or insurer-based Injury Management role.
* High-level decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills in a case management environment.
* Negotiation and influencing skills to provide support and advice to leaders at all levels of the business.
* The ability to work autonomously with a team focus.
* The ability to manage remote case work via telehealth / online conferencing.
* Specialised knowledge of worker's compensation and injury management practices and processes in relevant legislations (WA / NT).
