The Role
We are seeking a driven and confident Sales Associate with outstanding communication skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. This position works directly with an experienced senior agent in our Bowral office, providing exceptional support across sales, prospecting and client engagement.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
Calling prospective clients/vendors from a high-quality database to generate appraisals
Buyer communication and follow-up across stock and database enquiries
In-house CRM system management and data integrity
Assisting with open homes, listing presentations and auctions
Client callbacks, buyer feedback and written reports
Ad hoc sales administration duties when required
Meeting daily and weekly prospecting and activity targets
Attending weekly sales training, sales meetings and company events
Systems/platforms including: Agentbox, RP Data, RateMyAgent, RealHub, REA.com, Domain, Smart Sheets, social media platforms, Shire Maps

What You'll Need
Previous real estate experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisation and time management abilities
Highly presentable, professional and friendly
Ability to work well under pressure
High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Comfortable managing detailed admin and data entry
Motivated to build a long-term career in real estate
