Behind the Bar Trainer
to deliver practical, hands-on training in Maroochydore
About The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering our popular
Behind the Bar
course, supporting students to build confidence, practical bar skills, and job-ready capability in a real-world environment. This is a hands-on training role, ideal for someone who enjoys sharing their industry knowledge and helping others succeed in hospitality.
Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
* Certificate III in Hospitality (minimum requirement)
* TAE40122 or TAE40116
* Current and relevant bar experience (cocktail, service bar, or high-volume bar experience highly regarded)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners
* Availability to deliver face-to-face training at venue locations
Highly Desirable
* Certificate IV or Diploma of Hospitality
* Previous training, mentoring, or coaching experience
* Experience delivering practical hospitality or bar-focused training
* Current RSA (or willingness to obtain)
