Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off | 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Start Date: Roles opening from August 25 onwards

What You'll Do – Shift Technician Role:
Reporting to the CBRE Resource Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Performing planned preventative maintenance (HV & LV systems, HVAC plant/equipment)
Monitoring BMS systems for performance and alarms
Addressing on-site air-conditioning issues
Conducting building inspections and reading utility meters (UPS, PDU's, etc.)
Fault-finding and executing repairs
Preparing timely and accurate reports
Ensuring work complies with industry regulations
Building strong relationships with team members and site stakeholders
What You'll Need:
Valid Mechanical (AC/R) License /ARC License
Minimum Certificate III qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Valid OH&S cards - optional
Additional technical training or certifications (advantageous)
Valid Driver's License
Familiarity with CMMS and BMS systems- Nice to have
Australian Citizenship – required for NV1 Clearance
White Card – optional but preferred
