Visual Merchandising Specialist
About the Role:
The successful Visual Merchandising Specialist will deliver an exceptional visual merchandising experience in our Sydney Brand Centre.
Main responsibilities include:
* Driving revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets through efficient and effective implementation of global visual merchandising direction.
* Executing visual merchandising and brand elements within Pacific market calendar and centre-specific activations.
* Representing our brand and products in an inspiring and impactful way, amplifying our brand with every decision and action.
* Identifying sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicating suggestions to management.
* Utilizing store and market data to make commercial decisions based on sound analysis and financial judgment.
* Supporting a selling and service culture through championing sales execution strategies, product knowledge & training, and ensuring customers come first.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year's work experience as a visual merchandiser in a customer and commercially focused branded retail environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key/cross-functional stakeholders and team members.
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
* Technologically adept, with high proficiency in systems and software packages, including MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
