This State Government Department is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Estate Services Officer to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the effective management and maintenance of government estates, delivering high-quality services that support various departmental operations. Your responsibilities will include performing a range of administrative duties and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Your new role:
* Planning, organising and administering estates and trusts.
* Managing a high-volume caseload.
* Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns.
* Preparing documentation and assisting with financial statements.
* Working with legislation and ensuring compliance with relevant acts and standards.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Prior knowledge and experience with estates and trusts is desirable.
* Strong customer service, administration and caseload management skills.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance standards.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Technical expertise and software proficiency.
