Job Description:
Deliver occupational therapy services to community, disability, and aged care clients. Our team is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete comprehensive functional assessments and develop tailored therapy plans
* Support clients with daily living tasks, mobility, transfers, and home safety initiatives
* Recommend and facilitate equipment prescription and home modifications to enhance client well-being
* Assist with fall prevention strategies, pain management, and skin integrity care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with a strong focus on client-centered care
* Must hold a valid Driver's License for travel between client locations
* Self-motivated and confident working independently, with excellent communication skills
* Must have current working rights in Australia
