The Recruitment:
We are seeking a Senior Consultant, ideally based in the Northern Beaches (but not essential), with a strong identity in a white-collar niche (perm market) who believes they can do better with a different support structure and earn more!
We have been operating for over 10 years, serving a strong global top-tier and national client base across Legal, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Property Valuations, Accounting, and Finance.
If your market aligns or you operate in a niche that fits our professional services client base, you’ll be a great fit.
Experience Required:
360 recruitment desk experience (ideally 5+ years)
Proven business development skills & willingness to build long-term client relationships
A track record of at least $300k in billings per annum
