Key Responsibilities
* Lead interior design development across hospitality and high-density residential projects
* Deliver end-to-end project documentation using advanced Revit capabilities
* Manage client engagements and present design solutions with confidence
* Coordinate and oversee sub-consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
* Collaborate within a national design team to maintain quality and consistency
Skills & Experience
* Extensive experience in interior design for hospitality, hotels or multi-residential projects
* Highly proficient in Revit with strong technical documentation capability
* Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders
* Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
* Experience working across workplace or aged care sectors highly valued
