We are seeking a full-time Barista to join our vibrant team at our new cafe " Clique" in Albury, NSW 2640. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing high-quality coffee and beverages for our customers. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in an engaging and dynamic hospitality environment.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and specialty drinks to our customers
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to ensure efficient operations
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring each customer's needs are met
* Assisting with general food and beverage service tasks as required
* Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
* Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and the ability to prepare consistently high-quality drinks
* Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
