* Create clear, concise learning guides, toolkits, digital assets, and AI-augmented experiences tailored to early- and mid-career leaders.
* Curate and update playlists for self-directed learning.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials are relevant, accessible, and meet the needs of diverse global audiences.
* Support operationalizing learning programs through co-creation of communications templates, delivery guides, and practical resources.

A strong understanding of adult learning and experience design is crucial, along with a focus on translating outcomes into engaging learner experiences.
