Attractive daily pay rate of $1000/day super 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week Hybrid work (WFH Eveleigh ) Primary Purpose of the Role: You will be responsible for providing technical development and support whilst taking ownership of incident resolution, service requests, technical enhancements, and support release activities. Additionally, you will be applying your expertise to maintain and improve the platform. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Deliver technical development and configuration using Salesforce. Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs. Develop minor enhancements and changes in line with business priorities and agile delivery practices. Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, testers, and end users to support solution performance and usability. Contribute to release planning and deployment activities including code reviews, documentation, and testing. Maintain up-to-date solution documentation and technical artefacts. Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance processes and change management procedures. Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and automation. Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Document Generation). Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a BAU support context. Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Lightning Flows. Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps. Understanding of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD deployment methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Document Generation). Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a BAU support context. Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Lightning Flows. Experience working in government or large public sector organisations. Familiarity with ITIL-based support models and incident/change management processes.
