One of our Federal Government Clients is seeking to engage a Product Manager - EL2. This is a long‑term contractual position.
Contract Duration: 3 Years (12 Months initially + 24 Months extension)
Work Location: Canberra (Hybrid working available)
Eligibility: You must have NV1 Clearance or above.

Position Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive product and business planning processes across cross‑functional teams.
- Analyse customer needs, current market trends and partnerships from Return on Investment (ROI) and build a buy perspective.
- Assess supplier or industry partner offerings.
- Ensure product requirements are met.
- Outline what success looks like.
Key Knowledge or Experience Areas
- Experience managing products from discovery to launch.
- Knowledge, experience of, and relationships with the technology industry.
- Delivery of technology to support regulatory decision‑making processes.
- Experience delivering to the Australian Government/Industry.
- Demonstrated record of delivering technology products in large organisations with a strong understanding of product management principles and development models.
- Understanding of what contributes to a outstanding experience for internal and external users and how user information may be captured and assessed to improve future services.
- Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams that follow agile and user‑centred design practices while engaging stakeholders in delivery of services and change projects.
- Experience engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders to improve business value delivered from new or existing services and products.
- Experience delivering to the Australian Government Digital Service Standard while seeking, identifying, proposing and initiating capability improvement activities.
