About the role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Formerly known as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers lead with our unique philosophy.
You will receive training to excel at helping customers with transactions, educating them on our online platforms and tools, and recommending products and services to help achieve their financial goals.
This position is located at Surrey Hills. It is a full-time, permanent role with a roster of 76 hours per fortnight.
About you
You seek a role where you can make a real impact for your customers and community. You thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment where you can help customers meet their financial goals. You are adaptable to change, especially as we digitize and support digital literacy and online banking needs.
You will bring:
* Extensive experience in customer service
* Proven ability to achieve consistent sales results
* Confidence in engaging face-to-face and over the phone
* An eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different
* Experience in banking and finance is a plus but not essential
