The Role
This is an office-based role providing executive level support to the Directors and Supervisors.
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, exceptional computer and written skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced setting with adaptability, and a strong focus on safety compliance, quality assurance and environmental sustainability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of project documentation and site files
Complete required documentation, permits and reporting
Organising employment medicals
Liaise with site supervisors, clients, contractors and team members
Conduct site inspections, internal audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company policies
Stay on top of current legislative requirements and changes
Maintain accurate records, registers and documentation
High level confidentiality record keeping
Monitor employee qualifications and training
Compiling and maintaining WHS statistics
Provide awareness training to staff
Facilitating risk assessment workshops
Complete administrative tasks as per QSE Plan and KPIs
Assist the Directors in complying with their work health and safety duty
Work collaboratively with the office team, providing support with phone and email enquiries, document scanning, and general administrative tasks as required
Skills and Experience
Hold, at a minimum, Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
Have prior experience in a similar role
Sound knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation and best practices
Be computer literate, with proficiency in the Microsoft 365 Suite
Demonstrate well-developed communication skills and a high level of professionalism
Possess strong time management and prioritisation abilities
Exhibit excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test prior to commencing employment
Hold a current WA Driver's Licence
Have permanent residence in the Bunbury area
Remuneration
Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
