As part of our support office, the marketing team plays a vital role in driving growth, enhancing visibility, and strengthening the connection between clinics and their communities.
About the Role
You will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and clinic growth targets.
- Oversee website content, SEO, and UX enhancements to improve traffic and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns (PPC, social, display) to increase brand awareness and appointment bookings.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (ROI, traffic, leads, conversions).
- Lead online reputation efforts, including managing reviews, implementing NPS surveys, and analysing feedback.
- Deliver regular reporting dashboards and performance insights for internal teams and clinic stakeholders.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; use insights to guide strategic decisions
- Contribute to visual content production, including copywriting and coordinating multimedia assets
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and innovations, particularly within the veterinary and pet care sectors
Who You Are
You're driven by data and creative doer with a passion for animal health. You're equally confident leading projects or collaborating with cross-functional teams, and you bring both analytical rigour and content flair to everything you do.
Your Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing; experience in veterinary or healthcare marketing is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with veterinary systems such as ezyVet.
- Capable in basic design and video tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Bonus: Experience in veterinary, pet care, or healthcare marketing.
