Responsibilities
* Helping oversee kitchen operations in the Reels and 18 Knots kitchen
* Expertly preparing flavourful meals for our guests with efficiency, skill, and impeccable hygiene standards
* Cooking up success side by side with the Stewarding team and kitchen crew—our culinary dream team in action
* Keeping every dish we serve flawless in flavour and Instagram-worthy in presentation.
* Bringing positive energy and bright smiles to every shift
About You
2+ years' experience in a similar role, hotel background required
Have at least 1 year of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
Clock-savvy and clutter-free—with weekend and evening shifts no problem
You thrive under pressure, handling every challenge with confidence and composure
